David Bowie exhibition 2015 at the Philarmonic Paris : David Bowie is
The last week end, I went to Paris. I made a reservation very very important : David Bowie is at the Philarmonic.
This exhibition was created In Great Britain by the Victoria and Albert Museum and was a huge success.
The reservation was for 14 : 00pm but so many people waited. We began the exhibition 45 min later. With an audio headset, we are in the david bowie's universe.
Each room, the sound is different. His debut, his inspiration, his first tvshow with original costume designed by Freddy Buretti.
The tvshow :
Starman, a hit in the world music. David Bowie is a big fan of Clockwork orange and Space Odyssey. So Stanley Kubrick.

Enjoy it !
In this exhibition, lots of costumes are exposed. David Bowie worked very much with an asian artist : Kansai Yamamoto. Very original, very "avant garde".
This special costume
A room in the exhibition, shows us, his work as an actor. He worked with Lindsay Kemp. Some extracts of the movies pictures :
-Furyo ;
-Absolute beginners ;
- the labyrinth ;
and others.
I love movies pictures and I can tell: David Bowie is an actor. I am convinced when I saw extracts. He's not a singer who wants to be and to do actor for fashion.
Many lyrics, phographs are presented.
Walking during the exhibition, we hear lots of hit music : Let's dance, Ashes to ashes, Rebel Rebel, Space oddity ....
Each of us, we have our audio headset, place are very quiet with this installation but we can resist we dance with his music so modern so pop !
Get our own audio headset it's a great idea to be in David's Bowie universe. We emerge completely in his world, in his words, in his music. It's a very special atmosphere.
For the french audience : David Bowie knows and loves french litterature and franch music like Piaf and Brel of course.
